Hiya Keira, I have had pbc for over 15 years and I take diclofenic for my joint and muscle pain. I try not to take it all the time and give myself a break. There was a scare recently that where you had a heart condition you should not take it. Your GP or consultant are best to advise. Hope this helps a little :-)

I also ration Diclofenac. But some days are impossible to negotiate without its help. It is a marvellous drug for pain, and since I live alone I do need to be able to cope as much as possible without calling on help. I think just take it when desperate.
