Hi is anyone taking Q10? Is it okay with our liver problems?

hi my liver consultant said to try q10 to see if it helps with fatigue.I am still taking it and don't feel any worse!

don't think it helps really he said to try milkthistle before that and I felt no better!maybe it would be different for you.

Thanks I have been on tumeric for ages and have stopped recently just to see what happens that is also supposed to be good for liver and for joint pain. I just felt I was taking too many supplements and also costing too much!!
