IN GOOD HEALTH VI: B12 AND REPAIRING THE MYELIN SHEATHING

Cheers to all:

The intention is not to promote this particular B12 sublingual strip version of methylcobalamin.

But the product monograph covers a multitude of issues about B12: uses, chemical formats

( i.e. cyano vs. methyl), benefits, and so on, so it is sent to benefit the community.

Can you please open the hyperlink below and download the product monograph. I was unable to transfer the Adobe link directly.

Stay tuned for my next "In Good Health": with links on how to repair the myelin sheath with foods.

In good health (waiting for the storm on Friday with over 10 cms of snow/sleet!)
