A Real Funny One

Went to see my doctor yesterday to get my blood results. After consultation he asked what else I wanted. I said "my script for B12". His answer. "your blood test shows you are ok for vitamin B12. It shows 600". No need for injections.

I was amazed as I have pernicious anaemia diagnosed by him 2 years ago.

I said to him " I have had 1 meter of small bowel removed and am also coeliac.".

His reply to me "well you will need to be on B12 for life". It reminds me of a few Monty Python skits. Never a dull moment.
