here’s one for you to get your teeth into.

I bought a bcomplex vitamin from a well known chemist/ drugstore chain in U.K..

There are absolutely no listed ingredients no labelling mentioning which b vitamins are actually in it ,no RDA all it says is “no artificial colours flavours or preservatives” and then “adults and children over 12 swallow one tablet daily with meals. “

so I emailed them and basically said so what am I swallowing ,which b vitamins are in this complex and what are the rda percentages.

They are passing me around I’ve had three emails today saying this has been raised to be looked into. I’ll let you know what they come back with but just to say read those labels before you buy don’t do what I did. ☺️ X

That's surely against the law not to list ingredients!! I thought that happened to me once but the bottles label peeled back to reveal the list if ingredients

I live in spain and you get a lot of vitamin containers that don't appear to show the ingredients. You have to peel back the label and they are underneath.

I get Igennus Healthcare Nutrition Super B complex from Amazon, specifically because it's the methyl easiest to absorb sort.It contains Ingredients:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate) 160mg

bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose;

Vitamin B3 niacin (nicotinamide) 48mg

Vitamin B5 pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) 36mg

Vitamin B1 thiamin (thiamin hydrochloride) 20mg

Vitamin B2 riboflavin (riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium) 14mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate) 10mg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 900mcg

Vitamin B9 folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate) 400 mcg

Vitamin B7 D-biotin 300mcg

glazing agent: glycerol.

£9.99 Amazon for 60 tablets. Recommended dose is 2 per day. I take 1 as I take another B9 l-methylfolate on injection days.

I think it's been making a difference.

All the best.🍀
