what were you like at 6 1/2 months with emotions and nerve pain with outings

hello everyone,

so I'm 6 1/2 months with injections daily and I'm so much better but for now I go out about at least 3 times a day to town for Morning Mass , later to the store, then later in the day to our cows with my husband, and when I get home I lay down for at least an hour to rest so I do rest a lot during the day and evening especially but if I do anything else like visit the grandkids or go to like my daughters house to say hi and I make it quick, my nerves start shooting in my back, these nerves are being worked on this month extra i notice, like they are waking up more. so that all may be totally normal and then I get more anxiety or anything will set my nerves in my back off like laughing or playing with the grandkids. Its probably normal cause I'm still healing I was sick for 7 years before being diagnosed and down to 86 llbs now I'm at 105 lbs. I don't dare go on walks yet.

thank you,

Rosina

Great to hear of your improvement, but yes you must pace yourself very carefully . You have achieved so much with persistence. Best wishes .

It would not hurt to see a chiropractor. Sometimes things being out of alignment can cause those back pains.

Hi Rosina, I’m still suffering in some ways too. Been so much worse since I had my vaccines in October. I’m now looking into whether histamine intolerance is playing a part and if they affected my histamine levels.

I’m just behind you in time, I’m just coming up to six months. I really was hoping that at this point I would really notice a difference. I think in some ways I do, but my fatigue is bad at the moment. Ive developed insomnia, not getting to sleep until 1 - 2 am which is most unlike me. Which has a knock non effect the next day making me more tired.

However, I have just been to the park with the dogs for half an hour for a stroll. Hoping the exercise and fresh air will help me sleep tonight!

So, sorry, can’t give you any pearls of wisdom. 😔

hello good morning,

yes it's hard to tell with the vaccines what it will cause, I have not gotten them this year. well you sure are doing well thats great you can go out with the pups at the park. I'm afraid to go for a walk at this moment. I try to save my b12 for the trips I have to do in town and with the little grandkids they are high energy just talking to them lolol. but I sure do feel it later in my nerves. the park is probably so relaxing though and yes the fresh air is also relaxing. anything outside feels good i notice. I remember when I was getting all this before diagnosis I had the insomnia and I was still working. I would be horrible at work. my husband has it now I feel bad for him. the magnesium gel on my legs helps relax me.
