Hot sweats

I seem to be getting a lot of hot sweats at the moment. Just comes over me and then I feel weak, shaky and rotten again. Can happen anytime, day or night. I wish I could stop them. At nearly 5 months into EOD injections I would have thought I would have got past these sort of symptoms. It’s so debilitating. One thing after another!

Too much magnesium, or not enough. Too much potassium, or not enough. So difficult to pinpoint.

or could it be something to do with the Vitamin D protocol I’m on.

well I'm sorry for all of your pain too. well I have been doing sooo good and then I got some new reversing out nerves in my left back hip, then pain during the night and Saturday all day kinda all over my back , chest, left ribs, it was all nerve pain. so today I'm able to get dressed and up to get food, my husband had to get me things on Friday, so I'm in my 5th month and just laying in bed most of the day. I was able to get dressed slowly today and go to Mass. I hope it gets better for you too. this is hard and I'm praying all the time in bed for strength to endure. yes this is very hard.

Menopause seems likely.

I had thise hot sweats when on high dose vit D before b12 deficiency found.

Also had them on EOD B12

Now occasionally when levels peak I think?

Very different for me from menopause hot flushes which I've had

Both hardly present now .

Its's early days for you .

I’m 64 and had lots of flushing in my 50s too, always put down to menopause, but now I’m not so sure. Although vitamin D is really a hormone apparently so could be all connected I suppose. I have been on HRT patches for about four years.

I have been perplexed as well by these sweats. To me they seem different from my former menopausal hot flashes. And, these only began when I found my B12 deficiency. I can say these sweat/flashes are lessening as my other symptoms diminish too. This is why I think for me they’re related.
