I have been injecting twice a week and taking co factors . I think I must be reversing out, as feeling lightheaded and shaky with increased tinnitus and pins and needles after injection. Could also be virus I had last week. Can anyone advise?

I would just continue with the b12 In jections if you've a low b12 and an absorbtion problem .
Co factors .
Folate uo to 400mcg daily,if not prescribed.
Iron only if prescribed or discussed after a blood test.
Vit D if needed.
Symptoms can be exasperated if too many supplements taken or using methylcobalabin .
It can be worse to start with as nerves wake up
Hi, I also noticed I had some low blood sugar dips in the first few weeks and months of self injecting, which can give those same feelings. Thankfully it's stabilised now.
