Pascoe B12 in the USA?

Is it possible to buy the Pascoe B12 in the USA?

Last B12 shot I had, one my insurance would allow, gave me an allergic reaction.

Was told by some friends that I might be able to tolerate the Pascoe.

There is a German online pharmacy that will ship to the USA. Pascoe is a German product , made in Germany . Pascoe produces both Hydroxocobalamin and Cynocobalamin in single use ampoules . Not in a multi dose vial like in the USA .

apotheke-marienbrunn.de( in Leipzig) Use Google Chrome for translation . Also deliver to Australia , New Zealand and USA. Drop- down country list is in German and U.K. is called “ Vereinigtes Königreich Großbritannien und Nordirl” .USA is simply “United States . “

in Germany ,B12 Hydroxocobalamin is know as B12 DEPOT . Cynocobalamin is just plain B12 . Always enlarge the picture , to make sure which B12 you are ordering .

First of all register with the Pharmacy

When filling out the address form, you will see that the country is already filled out with Deutschland / Germany .

You must change that to your own country by scrolling down the drop- down list to U.K. ,United Kingdom , Vereinigtes Königreich Grossbrittanien , etc, how ever it is expressed. Otherwise, your post code and the rest of your address will not be accepted , and you will be tearing your hair out !!!

amazon.de also sell Pascoe and Hevert, but depending on the supplying pharmacy, may or may not deliver to U.K.

You can’t use the Pharmaceutical references numbers when ordering from Amazon.de. You must use the brand names .

The following brands are usually available .

PANPHARMA ( formally Rotexmedica) 1x1ml ampoules B12 DEPOT ( Hydroxocobalamin ) Packet of 10- 1mg x 1ml ampoules

Pharmaceutical Reference number 16199653

Most popular item. Good value , but often out of stock . You can be reminded when they are back in stock by leaving your email address in the box provided .

—————————————————————————

PASCOE B12 DEPOT packet of 10 - MG 1.5 mg x 1ml ampoules .Reference number 07568672.

Packets of 10 x 10 ( 100 ampoules ) Reference no. 07568695

The Pascoe are much cheaper per packet if you buy the offer of 10 packets ( 100 ampoules) If you inject weekly or more frequently , you will be covered . Other wise if you don’t inject so frequently, some ampoules may become out of date .

—————————————————————————

HEVERT B12 DEPOT 1mg x 2ml ampoules 1 packet of 10 ampoules reference no. 06078368

HEVERT B12 DEPOT 1mg x 2ml ampoules 10 packets ( 100ampoules ) Reference no. 06078380

It’s easier using the Pharmaceutical Reference numbers to order from the Pharmacies . But if ordering from amazon.de use the brand names . Reference numbers not accepted .

The above mentioned Pharmaceutical companies also produce Vitamin B12 ampoules ( Cynocobalamin) Which can also be used successfully . But should not be used by patients who have the eye condition known as LEBERS . Cynocobalamin needs to be injected more often than Hydroxocobalamin. Cyno is cheaper than Hydroxo. I haven’t got the reference numbers for Cyno .It is the most commonly used b12 ampoule in the USA.

The above information might be of use to you . Best wishes .

I have had good luck in the US with apohealth,de. Free shipping (compared to $40 for any quantity)with marrien-brunn) I am waiting for my second shipment as for some reason they limited me to just one box the first time. This time I ordered 3 boxes with free shipping. That said, I am concerned as it is very hot here in the Midwest and I am concerned about degradation of the serum. Sigh! It has been 7 days since I ordered. The first order came on day 7.

Thank you for letting me know.

It tends to get very hot and humid here too. Fingers crossed your boxes arrive quickly.

apohealth.de no longer do free shipping . They only did that for a short time when they started out in business . .

That is interesting, Wedgewood, because I have receipts with no shipping charge both in the last month. I will post if that changes. I was skeptical at first but no shipping charge appeared on my credit card either.

I went , onto the site and ordered only 2 packets and was charged delivery to U.K.Perhaps it is free if you order over a certain value ?

They charged me shipping, was not cheap to the USA.

Can’t explain it Wedgewood. I went back and looked at the receipt for the last order (placed May 6) when they only allowed me to buy one box of ten. They DID charge $2.60 to ship. (Euros)

Then I tried again and was limited to 3 boxes and no shipping. I have no feasible explanation. I figured they would update it and add shipping but they haven’t. It is still “on its way)

I am satisfied with them whether they charge shipping or not, although I haven’t received this last order yet.

Sometimes strange things happen ! And there’s no explanation ! Good that you got what you wanted - Alls well that ends well as Mr Shakespeare would say .

As regards limiting the amount you purchase , there have been shortages of B12 , and then the pharmacies will limit sales for the time being .

Did order a box of B12 DEPOT from apotheke-marienbrunn.de.

Hoping it will ship soon. Again, thank you for all the information.

The FDA Orange Book lists all approved medicines.

This is a search for hydroxocobalamin but you can change it as you wish.

accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/...

However, it isn't entirely clear whether your question is whether you can buy it within the USA from a USA source. Or buy it while you are in the USA but from an external source.

Sorry about that.

Folks at one of the support groups that have similar reactions to american made B12, use the Germany Pascoe B12 with no problems.

Have no issues from buying it from Germany. My local Asthma doc is interested in this brand as it has the least amount of ingredients. Willing to give it a try.
