It has been quite a while since I have posted. I have been doing monthly inspections for well over a year but have started having vertigo, heart palpitations and the feeling I can’t take a deep breath. I spent last Friday evening in the ER getting all the heart tests done. Everything is normal. I have a feeling this is yet again PA symptoms. Should I go back to my every other day injections to see if symptoms improve? I am seeing my hematologist again, but not able to get in for a few weeks. Any suggestions are appreciated 😊

As you are on monthly b12 Injections why not try 2 weekly ? Is your iron, ferritin, folate vit D all in good range?
Hope you are not fighting a virus ?
We all have blips.

Maybe ask for a 24 hr heart monitor for peace of mind ? I remember you : it has been quite a while since you posted, so assuming that you have been managing well in the meantime ?
I was fitted with one when I had a sudden increase in previously only occasional heart thumping, became every day and night - which would wake me suddenly and shortness of breath, dizzy too.
It showed some 4,000 episodes of "ventricular ectopics" - a condition which can start for no known reason and stop similarly. I did not have to see a cardiologist. My GP expained what she knew about it and offered me statins, but told her I'd wait and see if it went of its own accord - and a couple of months later, it did just that.
A relief to know when not to worry, especially if heart issues in family medical history.
