Hi everyone. Strange question. I’m injecting weekly. But just caught the kids flu. Is the advice to inject more frequently when unwell ?

I needed extra B12 after flu and Covid. Listen to your body.

I also need extra injections when dealing with an illness. I think it is the same for most of us.

thanks - will do that. Just difficult to know as when I’ll feel rough anyway. Thank you !

when in doubt, inject. No harm in the extra injections.

Found it impossible to inject at all (or do anything) when I got Covid - but certainly increased injections for a couple of weeks when recovering. I think it helped me get better.

I also do this if I have flu or if I've recently overdone it mentally/physically. It does not seem possible to "load up" and pre-empt this for me.
