Had no luck at all with Apotheke.com

Seems to be a site which will find a pharmacy which has whatever item you are looking for , nearest to where you live in Germany . Put in whatever you’re looking for plus your post code and they find the nearest pharmacy to where you live .

I’m curious to know if you have managed to get rid of your burning feet . I’m afraid I have got rid of all my other symptoms , but not the burning feet which really plague me after 10 years . I guess they are irreversible now . Day and night with never a let up

.

I still have burning feet and trying to accept it's for life. Worst is it disturbs my sleep. Tinnitus as well, and fatigue bothers me. I just bless all on this forum for invaluable support and information as I am able to carry on with most things. X

Thank you for replying annmarierodnes. . Yes it disturbs sleep . But , I suppose I have to be grateful , because , originally , my feet were totally numb. I rescued them from numbness by self-injecting after my diagnosis for P.A. I had to go to a private doctor for the diagnosis , after being sent on my way with a blood serum b12 of 150 , which was below range obviously. But even with proof of positive IFAB test , I could only get 1 injection every 3 months . And my numb feet were pronounced “Idiopathic “ . On joining PAS I found out about self - injecting , and then managed to save my feet from numbness . But the burning remains , but that’s better than numbness , because that is so dangerous , causing falls . I’ve never heard of anyone on the forum mention their burning feet . That’s why I messaged you . So thank you for replying . I really sympathise . But I have given up all hope of improvement after so many years . But then , you never know …………………..

But as you say , this forum is a huge blessing for us all .

Hello Wedgewood and EiCa , I think that I have burning feet as my PA was misdiagnosed for too long - my GP sent me to the menopause clinic as GP thought they could help!! Then when PA diagnoses just had two weeks loading doses then once every 3 months whereas NICE advises continuation of loading doses where there is nerve damage. Thank goodness for this forum and Sally Pacholok's book as I decided to SI and eventually increased it to EOD. My GP knows and I do go to clinic to get my prescribed B12 every now and then. I'd be bedridden now if I only had injections every 2 months. Such an appalling situation for so many of us. Yes , when away from home I put a bottle of water in the freezer and use that. Scotland is cold enough that I managed with bare feet on cold floors and sticking out of duvet at night.

Looks like I will get my Panpharma order 👍🙂

Annmarie and Wedgewood,

I, too, have burning feet. My burning feet come and go for weeks at a time and I have no idea why. I used to spend a lot of time in bed looking for the "cold spots" with my feet. Now I put an ice pack under the sheets at the foot of the bed and I slide my feet over it, or hold them there until they stop burning, or at least burn less. It helps. Sometimes I rest my feet on ice during the day as well, though mostly this symptoms plagues me at night. Seems unpleasant, I now, but I do what I have to do to cope!

Yes , that happened to me as well . I’m sure that we will get them this time . They were completely overwhelmed after having none for many weeks ! We all ordered at once , and they ran out before the computer could intervene and stop the process
