I have only 6 ampoules of Panpharma Hydroxocobalamin left.
I have a list of the following German pharmacies from a reply by wedgewood:

Is this all the pharmacies B12 is available from ?
As I’m unable to get hold of Panpharma Hydroxocobalamin and have only used them since 2017, can someone please advise on which ones I should order. I think the only choice I have is the Hervert or the Pascoe brand.
I believe Hervert is the normal strength as in 1ml, and Pascoe is higher strength 1.5ml of hydroxo.

I was going through the German online pharmacies and I decided to order these from Amazon.de as they were in stock and I was running so low. Can someone confirm if I have ordered the right ones please as I have not used them before.
They do add postage fees and also VAT. I don’t know if I’m allowed but I’m just posting a picture of the costs for people who may want to order and want to know the total cost of ordering these from UK.
Can Admins let me know if this is against HU policy so I can edit or remove.
Thankyou helvella, I didn’t know there was a limit. I was already panicking running so low, and left it until last minute waiting for Panpharma to be in stock. Thanks for the blogspot link.
It was interesting to see that apohealth.de are selling their Pascoe 10 Pack of B12 depot ampules at €5.00 cheaper than on their own site . Delivery is the same price .
In afraid that Brexit is the reason for the tax that has to be paid if the value exceeds £135.00. Before Brexit we were in the single European market and could import and export without bothering with customs . …..
Many German online pharmacies stopped delivering to U.K. because of the extra paper work involved in exporting to U.K. . But luckily the ones you name did not .
Yes Panpharma B12 depot is unavailable at the moment . It was the best value and very popular.
I hope that it returns soon .
Sometimes you cannot get the ampoules from Amazon.de because the supplying pharmacy does not deliver to U.K. But you found one that did . Thanks for putting out the information. Useful to know .
I prefer not to store any B12 where it might just get contaminated. I inject 1ml Pasco containing 1.5mg. B12 every third day. SO inject day one then no injections on next two days then another ampoule injected on third day. This works very well indeed and saves the cost of some injection equipment.
I cannot be telling you what to do but I can tell you what I have done. . . . . . . I first used cyano then because tthe mobs all preaching Hydroxo I moved to that but bought hevert 1000ug suspended in 2ml ampoules. . . . . I was easier on it back then as like many there is no handbook. . . . . . I had 1ml hardware. . . . . . I'd use half, use the same draw needle to refill. . . . . Leave as little air as possible in the syringe . . . . . Throw both drawn a injection needles out and refit new injection needle . . . . . I;d just push the plunger until I could see the red b12 in the orange plastic bit of the needle I stored that in in the bedroom drawer alongside all the rest of the gubbins. . . . . I was every other day at that point although I know I'd miss an odd one now and again . . . . . Never had a problem . . . . Someone on here around that time had spelled out that cyano or hydroxo is pretty innocuous stuff so shouldnt be a problem provided I take reasonable precautions. . . . .. . I had no problems . . . . . I done much worse once I discovered a large bottle of "cobalamin" from another source in the fridge. . . . . I had not put cobalt defiency and B12 defiency together at that point. . . . . . . I cannot advise but I am sure the right person will come alomg with the right explanation and not all that keep it sterile stuff which is all well and good but nothing is sterile once it is opened . . . . . Not syringes. not needles not anything and if our B12 is innocuous it is not liable to become contaminated at least not easily . . . . Hope I not going outside of any guidelines. .. . . .
