Oddly. . . . . My postie had a piece of his intestine removed due to celiac problems. . . . . He is only a young man. . . . . . Gets his b12 shot every 3 months .. . . . . Great fella. . . . . . We are rural so have chats regular and I am always waiting on the day he asks the question. . . . He is aware of my SI. . . . . . . He is aware he delivers everything to me . . . . . I am not quite sure what to do but I have it on my head to direct him toward PA society etc. . . . . .

It’s a good idea to tell him about the PAS . Often as time passes , one needs B12 injections more regularly. He might want to ask advice , if he has difficulty in getting more regular injections.
