Hi does anyone else have episodes of lightheadedness, reaching out for an object to miss it or keep dropping things. Also miss judging space, like walking into things. I have constant brain fog and fatigue .

I have lucid dreaming it's not fun it's like having a tv on in my head 24/7

I am excusted all the time. Fainted on Saturday now have a huge bump on forehead.

I get B12 injection every 3 months. Had this out with my doctor I asked her if I could get them more often as I have been having a very stressful past few months I feel like I'm hanging on a thread right now. Have appointment with her this afternoon. Any advice will be appreciated.

Yes, all of the symptoms you describe I've experienced at various times for different reasons in the past few years. Maybe see Wwwdot post yesterday on dreams.

My suggestions:

You may want to increase intervals of B12 injections through SI.

You should have a Thyroid antibody test done.

You should have a complete iron panel done, not just Ferritin. See my post on Iron Deficiency Without Anemia IDWA.

Autoimmune Thyroiditis and IDWA are commonly associated with Pernicious Anemia and the three present with very overlapping similar symptoms.

Best wishes, Rexz

Hi LorraineQ

In short ..Yes!

If I am not able to have my B12 and become very late with my injection I get sore shoulders from walking into door frames!!

Dropping things was a big deal too and knocking things over thinking my arm was above them and not at the same height!

I do hope you feel better soon.
