can anyone help me to understand my results

Symptoms are plentiful but in the main it’s the exhaustion, breathlessness, brain fog and numbness that trouble me the most

It looks like you have a borderline result for Perincious aneamia. The intrisic factor results often give false negatives. With your symptoms and this result you should be able to persaude a doctor to give you B12 injections.

I’m in the middle of writing to my GP it’s taking a while 😩

What should I mention about the results in particular do you think?

I don’t want to give her anything ammunition to refuse any further investigation and or treatment she has already said I don’t have PA or B12 deficiency 🤦‍♀️

Yes I have that on my radar but there is so much information and I’m struggling to take it all in 🙃

What makes her say you dont have PA or B12 deficiency. Have you had serum B12 blood tests and have you got the results? The results are not conclusive but GPs often dont understand this.

I would mention in the letter that your test for intristic factor was inconclusive and list all your symptoms. Say that you are concerned that a delay in treatment could lead to permanent injury.
