1 month delay for orders Methylcobalamin with Arnika

Hi, I have been SI for about 5 years. Recently ordering Methylcobalamin ampulles from Arnika has become more difficult. Last time it took 2 weeks after paying to send them to Belgium( it used to be 2 days).

I've just sent them an email to reorder and received an automatic message saying that they will only get back to me in 20 days! (Then I still have to place the order and pay and wait for the delivery).

Does anyone know if the 20 days is reliable? That would mean about 1 month to get the ampoules.

I don't think there is another supplier as it looks like the issues are partly caused by the fact that they have too many orders...?

Hello.

It's been a mightmare!

I've just received my order today from 6th Dec. There were delays before Christmas due to installing a new computer system, added to courier issues with customs forms, which they 'hoped to resolve in the New Year'. I was offered a refund or to hold the order for January...which I did. I then waited until 1st week of Jan as i hadn't had an update, and chased it several times since, increasing my order as the shipping fee went up considerably.

They were taking a week to reply to emails and an automated reply said allow 20 days for processing.

You could try calling the number on the email. The recorded message is in German. If you don't understand it, press option 2 which should get you through to speak to someone and place an order, (that's what I did!). They speak excellent English. You may be on hold quite a while and at one point, you could only call before 1pm. Not sure if this is still the case.

Good luck!
