I am so very sorry that you are going through this. Your family, (daughter and mother) and yourself have had to fight for so much to be taken seriously. Receiving diagnoses and treatment.
An extremely important point that you raised is OUTCOME. It is a measurable and auditable piece of Data.
Another noteworthy aspect you can really focus on is this :-
Unnecessary b12 levels done after 1 mg/L Hydroxycobalamin injections have commenced.
Now, implied consent is given when you offer your arm. You can state to Mid and South Essex IC Board that you would NOT have consented to having that particular blood test, if you knew that they were checking them. It is ONLY on the proviso, you did NOT know they would be testing B12. If you did know then it is a grey area.
With regards to the muttering and atmosphere, you have an insidious disease, you did not ask for it. Nobody ask for an illness, disease or condition.
You yourself have worked for the NHS, it maybe worth reminding them of your former occupation and where.
On Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board website, on their main page it states :-
‘The role of the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board is to join up health and care services, improve people’s health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.’
Another click, under Your Health :-
Local health and wellbeing services that are available across mid and south Essex as well as details on how you can personalise your care.

welldone Nackapan and dont worry about the atmosphere at the surgery. You are there to get treatment not make friends. I have worked in the NHS and am aware that people seen as trouble makers might not be liked but get better care.
Well done! It's tough. I complained in writing that they were not following NICE guidelines. The GP was foul about it and just refused to do anything. The reception staff are now incredibly unhelpful and unpleasant to me. And they make snide notes on my record with a one-sided telling of conversations. I tried to speak to the Practice Manager to clear the air but after waiting for over an hour and a half (she was 'busy') I gave up, as it was hard for me to overcome my dislike of them to go there at all.
The letter I wrote about NICE guidelines has been 'lost'. I am planning to write another but worry they'll treat me worse. I would change surgery but I suspect the same happens everywhere. I shake when I have to visit (I have it on my notes that I will never again see that GP - their 'neurology' expert) but most of the GPs are quite good. My theory is that when the reception team bully patients like this someone is probably bullying them and they are taking out their frustration on the people they have power over.
