Same task less effort.

I am having a hard time adjusting to expecting a task to tire me out to the same degree s before and it does not.

I seem to have less of an issue with adjusting to having more energy at the end of the day.

Sometimes it is only 11 am and I have done more than was possible 8 weeks ago.

My most important measure is how I sleep. How many hours are needed in a 24 hour period is variable.

I am still about if I can sleep and sleep well that is what I should be doing.

I also have a problem with having days being deeply tired, I manage to keep myself awake until evening then falling asleep straight after retiring to bed in an evening then waking up around 2-3am wide awake until 5.30am then sleep again until 9.30. It can happen 2 to 3 nights in a week sometimes. It, this broken sleep pattern , it knocks me for six for the rest of that day. So I am thinking of changing my regime like you did to see if that helps. When I have good days and there are still many, I feel great and do all tasks I set myself , also being helpful to my kids with looking after grandkids when the energy is there.♥️😂 Those good days most likely drain me more then I thought.

One of the weirdest discoveries I made was injecting in the middle of the night. It keeps me more constantly healing.

What I read is very positive as the variability suggest internal change and let’s assume on the balance of probabilities that it’s a good sign. Change is rarely a step change but is often oscillatory in nature with a bias towards the end game.

I am a year in and I think so ahead of the curve as I follow in Wiz’s footsteps and benefit from his generosity of sharing his experiences and experiments.

So happy to hear you are doing better than before! I find your posts interesting. I am curious as to what gender you are in terms of getting more of a picture of you in my head, but if you prefer not to say that, this is OK. I use a fitbit to keep track of my sleep. The one I have does O2 stats and can show if you are possibly having sleep apnea problems. It also shows how often I wake up. When I am waking up a lot during the night for longish periods of time, I feel more tired in the morning. I hope you keep up the awesome progress! It must be so delightful to have so much more energy.

I am a young 72 year old, got a much better life since my fifties. I manage myself quite well. Hardly going to see a GP. The nights I am awake I use to catch up on reading medical abstracts. I see myself as an acrobat walking a tightrope stretching between high rise buildings desperately trying not to fall. 😬😂🤣

I identify as male and am lucky I was born that way in that I do not have the same hurdles someone would have if I was born female.

Everyone's hurtles are important and meaningful to those that love them.
