I was injecting 1 mg of Methyelcobalamin and 1 mg of Hydroxocobalamin 5 times a day +- and taking 6 mg SL Adenosylcobalamin.
I ran out of Hydroxocobalamin and substituted Cynocabalamin for 5 days. One vial.
I could not discern any difference. Not a long trial and it is hard to evaluate as I am improving at a rapid rate now. It is more of there was no downturn.
I now only have Methyelcobalamin and will be doing a trial of 2 injections of Methyelcobalamin 1 mg/ml each 5 times a day +-.
For what it is worth if anything at all.
Sourcing is always hard. It got harder when I started injecting larger amounts. I did not accurately predict that the more frequent injections with the resulting larger amounts would result in such a rapid improvement for me. Plus I have been doing different trials with forms and injecting more than one form. I did not want to pay for a three months supply if I found a particular form to be less effactive which I seem to be able to do now in a week.
Ironically with the experience/information I now have I could have set out a schedule of procurement. Thing is there was no way I could have predicted 6 months ago. I needed to do the trials as doing the trials revealed much about how my body works, more about with enough B12 than the different forms. Harder still as all the while I have been improving so what I experienced last week is now not as applicable as this week.
