hair thinning/loss

Hello everyone l was wondering does hair thinning/loss have anything to do with B12 deficiency and PA?

Totally, I found that and also that copper deficiency caused my iron to be built up instead of being used properly. My hair went very grey too which started to get back some but not all of its colour when I started taking 1mg/day copper x

Receding hair line on head and general thining of hair on body plus heavy whitening of all head hair. Slowly reversed back with EOD + folic acid treatment. Lovely to see the little cluster of thin hair growing back towards my forehead.

Yes. Thinning, greying, frizziness, loss - all those !

About a week ago I started a post- "What Does B12 Deficiency Look Like ?" was the title I think. Photos of some symptoms and hair loss included. Mine different from Nackapan 's but either can be a common symptom .

This can also be an indication that your ferritin or folate are low, which can often happen with B12 deficiency. Keep an eye on vitamin D levels too - I've got osteoporosis of the spine and so get mine on prescription. Get all of these monitored regularly if you can.
