This was posted by someone else on this site 6+- months ago and resonated with me.

I do not know who the creator is or their credentials. I am more than fine that it is not blessed/authenticated and find it valuable.

It differentiates between Intrinsic Factor issues of transporting and Transcobalamin issues. Although does not allow the two can coexist. She states that transcobalamin issues exist for a third of all patients that have the diagnosis B12 deficiency.

It is often written that what is important is B12 at the cellular level and yet the standard treatment does not account for this.

One mg of hydroxocobalamin every other day, watch cofactors and reduce is the most robust treatment and may be applicable to 2/3 of those diagnosed with B12 deficiency. It is definitely not applicable for me. The one mg every other day until symptoms stop improving is open ended and not a solution for me.

It is written here and there that some with transcobalamin issues benefit from massive amounts of B12. The term massive is not scientific and inflammatory. The term should be appropriate.

So I am working out how I can best treat my B12 deficiency at a cellular level. More B12, different forms and higher frequency is more effective for the transcobalamin issues that I experience. The first 2.5 years of my self treatment resulted in improvement based on the one mg EOD solution.

The improvement that I have experienced in the last 6 months is massive. And that includes Covid which affected me for 60 days and a month of a failed trial of subcutaneous only which took a month to get back on track. In effect out of the last 6 months only three have been good information.

I also use the methodology of increase and then reduce rather than to increase and guess how that goes as I experienced B12 deficiency my whole life and have no experience with not being B12 deficient although it was more acute at times than others.

I am utilizing science and not following instruction from applied scientists. I am very careful with toxicity issues.

I also work with the concept that I do not have to have a perfect numerical solution to the 25 known ways that B12 is utilized at a cellular level rather I only have to come close enough for my body to adjust.

I also work with the concept that all symptoms are about my neurological system including anemia. That hematologists were the first to study B12 deficiency and the results of my neurological system being B12 deficiency also resulted in anemia. It does not follow it is a hematological issue. Hematologists suck and treating B12 Deficency.

I have just experienced too much B12 in that my body healed in a manner that caused me to need to much sleep and rest to take care of life.

Many thanks to those who shared they do not follow instruction and top off or inject more than 1 mg EOD.

This is not simple or those that instruct would have a solve. Allowing the solve can be live with it or wait and hope things improve.

I am aware this writing is a bit of me talking myself into keep trying and a bit of a rant.

Thank you for video, very informative. Put so simply that even an idiot could understand it. Pity majority of medical personnel cannot understand or will not follow guidelines. Best wishes.
