I've tried to read it all.All I can gather is explanations. ( interesting)

Also included personal information for you personally to act upon?

Do you already supplement vit D ( with K2 )?

Amazing it can measure your susceptibility to certain things.

Hope you've found it useful and perhaps reassuring .

I'm sure others will understand more from it and read it more easily.

It is a bit of a mare , trying to get my head round it. It kept referring to "refer to page ?? in NGL" I was about to send them an angry email , until I found the other attachment 😊. There is a quite long ,20 pages, nutrition and lifestyle guide not sure how individualised it is , will take a while getting through it. Although haven't fully processed it all, there does seem to be some quite useful info on diet/exercise and nutrition so we'll see. I do supplement vit D and K2, folate, SI with B12 , B complex, selenium,

Genetic Traits susceptible to H-Pylori , in the 8% of population susceptible to CD and other autoimmune conditions, in the 20% of population association with genetically decreased insulin secretion , in 40% population associated with decreased leptin receptivity.

Can't convert beta-carotene to Vit A, MTHFR GA, slower to convert folate to active form,

FUT2 B12, poor absorption , have reduced ability to bind and transport vit D, low receptivity to vit d and increased need

To top it off I am genetically prone to tendon and ligament injury, and the gene GSTMI is likely absent so more prone to damage from free radicals and apparently exercise makes it worse.
