Designing a new protocol.

6 months ago +- I found that 1 mg hydroxocobalamin three times a day with other supplements lead to feeling better after 1.5 years of feeling less worse. This July 1 designed a protocol that worked better. See Profile. The issue with the successful protocol was that I needed so much sleep and rest healing at that level I did not have time to do the "stuff" that had to be done. It was also not financially sustainable. It is a big relief to have a protocol that I can reasonably expect to result in continued robust improvement and a life less devoid of joy. Due to delays in shipping and needing time to reduce costs I did not have the three forms of B12 used in my successful treatments. I decided to try sublingual which was effective in the past at reducing symptoms although not I was using less dosage than I know I need. I eliminated all of my supplements one at a time in hopes I could stop taking them. Although not definitive as the time was short it was indicative that I could not eliminate any. I then reduced my sublingual amounts to the following. (I cut the lozenge in half.) I still took them 3 to 5 times a day depending on level of activity. Adeno 1.5 mgMethel 1.25 mgHydroxo 1.0 mg Symptoms did not return with any intensity. However last night I felt I was on a slight downturn and injected 1 mg of Methel. It seems to be positive and will inject again this evening.

Figured out that it does not follow that what regiment worked before will work again. I also figured out that the reason that the last regiment caused me to be so tired is that the regiment used up other vitamins and minerals.

I injected methylcobalamin and the positive effect is definitive. For me 1.25 mg three times a day is not as effective as 1 mg SC injection.
