Just opened a new box of needles and instead of the smooth, hard to grip needle sheaths that challenge me to grip them and get them off the needle, these are faceted and with ridges - it’s easy!! Yay!!
Small things can make me so happy! What a sado I am 😂😂😂

I thought ridged was standard silly me! Mine are all ridged. I had no idea. Will have to remember to ask next time anyone reports sheeth problems. Thank you for sharing! 😊
I thought smooth was standard so not silly at all!
It just goes to show how little thought goes into some things - same manufacturer too so I am hoping ridged ones are new stock and new design.

That's a win!!! I find it very difficult to get the sheath off the needles, and several times have accidently bent the needle, or stabbed myself in the hand... I started putting a latex glove on to give me a better grip
Yes I have done that too and it took ages to heal as it was in the early days. The new sheaths are so easy compared to the old ones. I will take a pic if I can to compare the difference.
Yay for you Wwwdot. Simple pleasures do not make you a ‘saddo’.
Lack of dexterity is also a poorly understood sign and symptom.
Being able to perform the pincer grip, hands into fists or when hands are constantly in fists and having the ability to relax them. The later is associated in people who have had strokes.
I’ll have a little dance in my kitchen whilst washing my dishes to celebrate.
Love from a Weirdo 😂🤣
