8 years of daily SI and that was me this morning because I had a late night last night. Got up again when I ran out of time and had to go to work but am already back in bed this evening (7.30pm) as I want to be on form tomorrow! 😃

Rest is a necessity. It is part of the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest and digest).

My favourite nerve is the CNX, 10th cranial nerve or the vagus nerve meaning wandering. Have a quick look what that bad boy controls. 😉

Even when I am one with my sofa, curled up, in tracksuit bottoms, a hoodie, hair scraped back, looking like a homeless person because the fatigue is completely overwhelming, I think of a British comedy series called Red Dwarf. There’s a character called Cat (a human size cat) and he often says,

‘How’ ma lookin’ ? I’m looking good. How’s ma shadow looking ? Ma shadows lookin’ good.’ He meows and is easily satisfied.

It’s about catitude !! Only we know, what we have been through and have overcome. (I keep a toothbrush on my sofa, drinks to hand because nope, I struggle to walk to my bathroom of an evening to brush my teeth.)

I was able to watch "Red Dwarf" in the US on public television (which ran a lot of British TV shows) and liked it a lot. One of my favorite episodes was when Cat was turned into a nerdy character named DuWayne Dibley.
