Thank you for the many replies.

I'm trying to work out now the best way to deal with it.

The

letter had shot itself in the foot'

in so many ways.

In the past

my many letters although scanned onto my notes have never been replied to.

Just things actioned'without informing me?

Then had to request the senior Gp partner Gp partner to write in the notes my B12 regime of 2- weekly.

as before it said 'as prescribed '

so if refused by nurses other doctors it was on the notes.

He also put it on the homepage so infront of any practitioner s nose.

First move is making contact with a partner in the practice.

I will minute things said.

Then write one letter.

May be a long one!

It's a constant battle and very much a headache battling with these imbeciles and I find it's becoming tiresome.

I have a case with pals with regard to the rude arrogant neurologist I saw earlier in the year. After constant casing I received a reply four and a half months later plus they run over the said deadline.

The letter isnt worth the paper it is written on and the consultant has tried to pin functional overlay on me which I can assure you I do not have. I am in the process of esculating to the GMC.

I can pinpoint every one of my symptoms to my various autoimmune conditions but the ruddy idiot of a nuro didn't even take my other conditions into consideration.

I will not be labelled with something I do not have.

No.O went through PALS after an A abd E visit.

Letter was barely audible

Said nothing.

My daughter had fibromyalgia removed from her notes.

It blocked / stopped more testing.

Lost years

I was up ay 0230 booking online an appointment for today .Couldn't do it until gone midnight.

What a system.

There was one appointment left!which I took.

Saved the phoning snd queuing in he morning from 0800 only yo be told 9/10 after hours on hold no appointments left.

Spoke to the senior partner I ladt saw in person in January that the meddling nurse brought to the room after refusing an injection.without his say although clearly on thr notes.

He did remember me.

The 'lady' with the hat Ha

Gave a reminder od neurologist writing back to him in late March.

Ten went on to discuss how wrong the letter was.

He cut me short .

Told me to ignore

He had dealt with me and had the go ahead from this 'random'neurologist hats never met me.

Very relieved.

Now I've seen the letter it was clear he rather I'd not recieved it.

But did not apologise either.

I quietly went on.

Apparenty a 'blanket ' letter

An audit !

To review all patients on b12 There group having over the quota receiving b injections .

Quota ??

Not got through to PAS

Wil email.

in reply toNackapan

Well done Nackapan .

Sorry Nackapan Audit .... bull....t, An Audit has got nothing to do writing to people as in the Letter.

To find out true figures (as in Audit) you have two measures ... one is how many do we purchase second how many prescriptions are we writing.

So the true figure comes from Purchasing an amount

(Q) less prescriptions (P) and quantity left in stock (S)

So that is Q - P + S = true usage

Funny how doctors try to fob people off, and without an apology.

When My Surgery claimed it was impossible to alter Medical Records, I just said being in Accountancy I know all about Auditing, and how each entry made on record is given an audit Number. BUT there is no reason why a false backup cannot be used to amend records

Thats why they are given 1st choice to go through the records before anyone else, when theres a complaint. Alter to suit.

When I read reports in the papers, whether it be NHS or Police files, you know instantly no one on this earth would make that accusation without having a good reason. I was brought up to respect these people, No more. The advantage of telling the truth in the first place.
