Everything you always wanted to know about vit B12 metabolism but were afraid to ask

Ran across this paper from 2022. Gives an impressive but understandable overview of B12 metabolism from ingestion to cellular uptake, including a straightforward overview of the required transporters and associated genes. Pitfalls of various b12 related blood tests are discussed. PA & folate issues are briefly addressed. Includes some fun diagrams. Overall looks like a comprehensive and good overview of B12D! Bonus, it's open access so freely available for all to read.
