I was recently diagnosed with PA (April this year) and had my 6 loading doses. Last Tuesday afternoon I had my first injection after 3 months and on Friday I woke up and felt light headed, dizzy, naseous and just completely exhausted. Im improved but still not feeling back to my normal self.
Could this be anything to do with the injection? I know it was a few days post injection but I wondered if it could take that long to “kick in”.
Thanks for reading.

One point of using injections is the speed of getting something into you quickly. If you are going to have a negative reaction directly to the B12 itself it will happen with 15 minutes and as you didn't have any reaction to the loading doses this also means it's very unlikely.
However it might be that as your body uses the B12 to repair itself it then runs out of other vitamins and minerals.
It sounds to me like you might now be short of folate or vitamin B9, but it might be something else too.
Ideally you need to go back to your Drs and ask for blood tests for folate, iron, vitamin D, potassium and magnesium, before you supplement with any of these, to get a fuller picture of what the problem is.
You could look up all of these, and once you have had your test you can try getting more of them through your diet.
Unless specifically advised not to (eg you are on anticoagulants), you may well find taking a broad spectrum multi-vitamin and mineral supplement will be helpful. Supermarket A-Z ones are as good as, if not better than, more expensive branded ones. These do not give you potassium though and you will need to get this from your diet.
Could it be you had a mild attack of vertigo? Or maybe a virus? Did you check for covid?
Good luck with getting your blood tests done and please ask more questions if you have them.
I have one every 8 weeks and prior to it feel that I am going 'downhill' about a week before. Once I have had the injection I find it then takes several days to get back to normal again, then the precess starts again
I haven’t had a reaction to b12 injections but I’ve heard many experience their symptoms getting worse temporarily before they get better. I’ve personally noticed my sleep becomes less restful when I inject ED or EOD (feels like insomnia and restless at night), but I am less sleepy than I would be on a monthly injection schedule.
