B12 by injection πŸ’‰ - first steps . . . πŸ‘£

Hello All ! 😊

About to embark on the path of trialing B12 by injection as there seems plenty to confirm that those who do not benefit from supplementation, do ( - often enough!) see improvements via πŸ’‰s!

Don't yet know if this will be available via the NHS, even citing credible info, of which there is MUCH I see, including a brief write up on Sarah Myhill's site*.

( * - useful info thereon about self- injecting too, as well as availability of self- injection kits. Any feedback on these kits - for much later consideration - would be of interest ! Any one familiar with them ? ).

One of the commercial brands available is Neo-cytamen 1000ug/ml hydroxocobalamin for injection - the info for this (P.I.L.) is easily found online - a simple product with only sodium chloride**, acetic acid** (- vinegar) in water, with the active ingredient. This looks like an established product, in common use. P.I.L. via: medicines.org.uk . . .

( ** - so, salt & vinegar 'flavour' . . . 😊 ).

Shall be pleased to have additional pointers for other similar B12 injection brands tried & found satisfactory by readers here - if my initial experience is as positive as can be hoped, will be helpful to know abt which quality, known brands compete on price & availability.

Hoping to have a 1st πŸ’‰ ( - NHS, or private!) . . . in the next week or two !

AtB,

Sid πŸ˜‘
