All woman of child bearing age recommended 400mcg folic acid

Vit D + k2 this time of year

Try and go by blood results

Iron and ferritin can get low but not always.

Otherwise a cheap multivit good as no high doses

It's very individual.

Hi thanks for advice I’ve just learnt that I should supplement due to having underactive thyroid take vit D but now have to add K2..lol maybe a multivitamin would be better coz all separately is adding up and hard on the pocket in these times..thanks for your help 🙏
