Has anyone written about their PA treatment to their regional ICB? If so I'd appreciate knowing what response they received. Is it a useful thing to do?

Hi Orchard33,
I haven't written to my ICB but wish you luck if you decide to do so. If you have concerns, you might want to search online for "name of ICB...complaints" this should bring up a page of who to contact about concerns.
For example this is for the ICB covering Devon.

Have you looked at the local B12 deficiency guidelines for your ICB/Health Board?
If you can't find them online or by searching forum posts here then best bet is to submit a FOI (Freedom of Information) request to your ICB/Health Board asking which B12 deficiency guidelines are used locally and for a link to or copy of them.
Have you considered talking to your MP or devolved representative?
