The person I love very much has started injecting .5 mg of hydroxocobalamin for two weeks. Their comment was "I don't know how I was getting by" They have all the co factors and tests in order.

Those here have been instrumental in making this happen. The information I have gleaned and passed along have been a huge help. Thank you so much.

All without giving any medical advice. Sharing and information rules!!!!!!!

They are functionally B12 deficient and are 37 years of age and will not have to suffer as I did. I am 67.

Hi Wizard my friend that’s great news and must be a huge relief for all concerned! Well done you for researching as you did!

Update: I spent the day with the person who started injection 4 weeks ago. They mentioned they do not need to take a nap every day when before it was a necessity. They mentioned their feet felt lighter. They mentioned it was hard to adjust to having more energy having learned to plan for the lack of energy.

I noticed a change but to be honest if I did not know about the symptoms and B12 in general I might have just thought they were doing well over all and having fun.
