No reason given . I tried to think of a reason . First thought it might be because the B12 ampoules we buy from them are a prescription item in U.K. I know that strictly speaking they should not dispense prescription only items to a country where that is the case . But they still deliver to Ireland where B12 ampoules are also a prescription item .
So we will never know.

I'm guessing Brexit strikes again! We were warned this was the kind of thing to expect, and sadly many wrote it off a "scare mongering". Now what am I gonna do?
I’ve looked -They have Cynocobalamin and Methylcobalamin. . But no Hydroxocobalamin. The Cyno is made in Thailand and the Methyl in Japan . The Methyl is only 0.5 mg instead of our usual 1mg
Thankfully I'm fine for the rest of this year but, I'm guessing I may still have issues ordering from them if they are not shipping to the UK. It is definitely a worrying situation and I dread to think the problems many of us will encounter if we cannot buy from Germany and are unable to SI.
I am registered with Bodfeld. . I tried ordering and was taken straight up to paying , with no trouble , But I don’t need ampoules at the moment . So I think that if you are already registered with them , they will supply . But no new U.K. customers because U.K. is not on the drop-down country list anymore .
The idea is great , and it’s good to think of ways round this situation , but I hope that it never has to come to that . There are stil a few German online pharmacies that deliver to U.K.
Probably Bodfeld will still deliver to registered customers.
I did ask Bodfeld the reason for stopping deliveries to U.K. , but they never revealed it . Just said it was no longer possible .
Yes . I cannot understand it . I asked them for a reason , but they gave me none. If it were Brexit , it would have happened long ago . Also Norway and Iceland are not in EU . If they had decided not to sell B12 ampoules to countries where it is a prescription item ( like U.K. ) they would exclude Ireland . So what could the reason be?
They are obliged to say that if you ask them , because they must be seen to confirm to the German Pharmacy rules , which state that they must obey the pharmacy rules of the country that they deliver to . The U.K. pharmacy rules only allow B12 ampoules to be supplied with a prescription . But as long as you don’t ask , versandapo and other German online pharmacies will supply U.K. , because they know that B12 ampoules are harmless , unlike most prescription items . Best not to ask , or they might decide that they have to follow the rules ! I asked them by email and was told the same as you .
