diagnosed mid January with low b12 and PA. Originally told to do once a week cyanocobalamin and that just wasn’t helping so start of feb I did everyday injections of methylcobalamin at iv clinic (very $$$) finally found a doctor end of February who isn’t scared to prescribed and has me on a lot b12 of hydroxycobalamin every other day. I felt like before I switched to hydroxy (2.5 weeks ago) I was feeling a little relief after a few weeks of methylcobalamin. The out of it feeling and brain fog and dizzy was gone but now back. Is this a sign I like methylcobalamin better. Also I have MTHFR homozygous gene so I know I don’t methylate well. I did over do it with a work trip 8 days ago but suffering for that long cause of that over exertion is something I hope is not real

It's very early days.I'd keep on the present regime of hydroxcobalamin and make notes.

It takes time and alot of patience .
