B12 deficiency
yes I had months of legs numbness and then pain. It’s the nerves coming back. You need EOD injections until it lifts.
Yes. I agree with Mrs Tuft. I have been self injecting every other day now and feeling better overall but pain moves around in time blocks. Currently my shoulders and arms are experiencing internal pain and aches. Signs of healing and you need B12 for this to happen.
Keep an eye on other nutrients as the B12 will use these up more quickly once healing is in progress.
Best of luck.
I had what I referred to as lightning pain as it seemed to come out of the blue and in different areas at different times. It got worse as I reversed out from having more B12 in my blood. It has all but gone away. It was distressing.
how long have you been injecting and what is the frequency?
When I realized I needed a higher frequency, and then started injections ED/EOD then I started healing which presented itself as excruciating pain throughout my body to the bone! All over. It lasted a month and then went away. It was from the nerves starting to heal as they get the b12 they need to regenerate. Problem is it happens all at once. Not sure this is your scenario, but if it helps that is what I experienced. I had to take a leap of faith that it was what everyone expressed as "it gets worse before it gets better". Now here I am doing much better and am able to work and stay active. I'll never be what I was, but what the b12 and b1 has done for me is amazing. This forum, PAS and the people involved (yes, all of you) have been amazing.
Don't give up and keep up the injections. If your b12 was low and you eat meat, don't let medical staff tell you that you don't need frequent injections.
I will need these injections for the rest of my life.
Maybe a little bone pain, but mostly for my wife and me it's the nerve pain shooting from our hips down our legs. When at it's worse it feels like severe back spasms. Eeeee
