Hi RaJender9666 has your doctor given you any idea why you became B12 deficient?

What strength capsules were you prescribed?

Do you know what your Serum Folate level is?

Depending on how long you have been deficient will affect the length of time before you feel better. In fact it is not uncommon for some symptoms to appear to get worse before they get better. There is no fixed timetable as we are all different.

I'm not a medically trained person but there are others on here who will be able to give you good advice.

I wish you well

Are you in the U.K. RaJender9666 as the treatment for B12 deficiency here is hydroxocobamalin 1mg injections.

I looked up Cobaforte cd3 as follows:

"What is Coba Forte?

Coba Forte Capsule is used for Pain in neurological disorders, Nerve damage, Numbness and tingling, Weight loss, Eye diseases, Heart disease and other conditions. Coba Forte Capsule may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Coba Forte Capsule contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin and Pyridoxine as active ingredients.

Coba Forte Capsule works by inducing the oxidative stress response and chelating iron; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; works in recovery process of damaged nerve cells; modifying the electrical activity thus relaxing and slowing overactive heart muscles;

This means that you are getting both Folic Acid and Methylcobalamin (B12) in the capsules to correct your deficiency.

It is not uncommon for some symptoms to appear to get worse before they get better as the B12 starts repairing the damage done to your nervous system and your brain starts getting multiple messages from part of the body it had "forgotten about" or lost contact with.

I sometimes liken it to a badly tuned radio on which you have turned the volume up high trying to catch the programme you want when all of a sudden the signal comes in loud and clear and the blast nearly deafens you.

A lot will depend on the severity and longevity of your B12 deficiency as to how long before there is no further improvement or recovery.

Some symptoms will "disappear" quite quickly whereas others may take months or even years. There is no set timescale as we are all different.

So please be careful and look after yourself and hopefully now you are taking the capsules you will start to feel better soon.

No I'm sorry I can't RaJender9666 as I'm not a medically trained person.

There may be other reasons for your headaches and fever beside your low B12 level which hopefully will improve with the capsules.

Go back to your doctor or local pharmacist and ask their advice.

Maybe it's a blood pressure issue. Can you get it checked? Or maybe an ear infection. Both can cause dizziness.

Go see a doctor.
