Hi,

When buying b12 online, there was a shortage of 1000µg... so I got the 1500µg..

I'm assuming this isn't an issue since there is no risk to overdose but just want to ask the question.. is anyone using this dose.. do you use the full vial..? Any other advice?

Hi, I assume it's the Pascoe brand as it's 1500ug. It's OK to use the full ampoule.

Pascoe is the brand most people are using at the moment.

Hi, no problem at all, I inject 2 ampoules of Pascoe 1500 at once many times.

Hevert produce a 1000 ug B12depot ampoule , . but in 2ml of saline

I am using Pascoe 1500 depot and I inject daily. It has been working well for me.

I’ve just ordered some Pascoe B12 and intend using approx 2/3 of the vial so that I continue with a similar dose to the 1000mcg that I have been using with my now expired Rotexmedica B12.

I couldn’t face having to inject double the liquid that comes with the Hevert B12 so the fact that Pascoe means I inject less is win win to me!

I use 2 jabs a week and that gives me the same effect as EOD with less skin punctures and less syringes etc. used.

Hi.. it is perfectly OK to use the whole ampoule.. I inject daily.. sometimes twice daily with pascoe B12 depot 1500mcg... it seems such a waste to not inject it all.. you can't have too much B12

I have been using these for about a week, every other day

No problem at all - I use the whole vial.

Feeling a bit better today.
