B12 injection side effects

Has anyone noticed any side effects? I have a spotty forehead since injections. Coming from someone who has never struggled with spots even as a teenager, just wondered if anyone else noticed that. I also noticed some staining under the skin of my fingers, thought it was dirt at first but it's like a purple stain that comes up when I'm in the shower and moves to different fingers in different days? Noticed that from having an injection in a salon a few weeks ago and when I first started getting injections not from SI. Could they have used something impure? The salon also did botox injections so wasn't the most medically professional place. The lengths we go to to feel well, can't believe I'm in this position as I'm so cautious about what I put into my body yet here I am. Glad I'm now self injecting so I know exactly what is in the injections

Spots are common .I've also nevef had a problem before.

Hard sore lumps that look like they have a head that would pop.

They do not.

I had them on my face lip and hairline and neck.

I rarely get one now

Just try not to squeeze them as they don't.

Keep them dry and clean.

It's a sdw effect well known.

Yes, Like Nackapan I have to welcome the spots as I understand its how the body shifts accumulated waste and now our bodies are starting to work they have to find a waste bin and for me my neck, chin, forehead and hairline are favourite places as well as the odd one on my boob!

I too never had acne and rarely suffered spots and stuff but making up for that now! I find that a deep sea mud detox cream helps to draw out the sting and they heal much quicker then.

I am afraid its time to embrace the spots!

I suspect the hard whiteish spots are from extra platelets rather that any waste.
