Hi all,
Does anyone know where one could order syringes and needles from in Ireland (ROI)?

You can buy needles, syringes , swabs from some of the German online pharmacies where we buy our B12 depot from .
Versandapo apparently do not deliver to Ireland , but bodfeld-apotheke.de does deliver to Ireland .
You could also try Amazon.de
Best wishes to you in the Emerald Isle 👍
I'm not sure where you moved from but are you sure it's not just the b12 that needs the prescription which is the case in the UK (I suspect the law in Ireland was similar for the same reason) were everything injectable need a prescription although I believe this was not the case before the late 1960s in the UK and suspect the law was written this way to limit access of needles & syringes to IV drug users but the government were called out on this in the mid 1980s regarding the needle sharing & the AIDS situation after in the early 1980s some police forces tried to stop GPs from prescribing IV drug user needles (the GPs were prescribing them to reduce rates of viral hepatitis) - I would be amazed if Ireland which had an IV drug problem in 1980s still requires a prescription for needles & syringes.
There is exchange supplies in the UK who ship to Ireland and they have a phone number (although £25 postage doesn't seem right so I would call to ask) exchangesupplies.org/shopdi...
medisave.co.uk/bd-micro-fin... - the place I have used doesn't appear to ship outside the UK (I though they did probably changed due to brexit) but this place looks similar - medguard.ie/bd-micro-fine-i...
Also it appears on amazon you can order them for Ireland at amazon.co.uk/Microfine-Insu...
Don’t think that Amazon.co.uk will send syringes and needles to Republic of Ireland— amazon.de will .
On Amazon.co.uk a marketplace seller appears to if you change the delivery address to the Republic of Ireland - I don't think I have notice Amazon directly sell or stock syringes and needles it all 3rd party seller via Amazon marketplace from companies who sell them like medisave.co.uk - who don't ship outside of the UK at least outside of Amazon (I normally buy direct from their site) but they do ship to N. Ireland (not sure if there would be a surcharge but she know anyone who live there that may help) and they are the cheapest place I have come across for Insulin Syringes
It appears another reseller does deliver to Republic of Ireland (see image) - A Direct UK (VAT Registered) amazon.co.uk/sp?ie=UTF8&sel...
But looking at the postage costs (does anyone know if its €10 for Ireland from the German pharmacies like in the UK?) it probably cheaper to get them from Germany especially if your ordering b12 as well (I would personally do this sooner rather than later in case the energy situation this winter make this more difficult) but I would compare exchange supplies, medguard.ie and amazon.co.uk too.
Another option if your disparate is to find a doctor who will have a (video) consultation & prescribe b12 injection I would start with the ones based in Republic of Ireland but the British ones should be able to give you a prescription you can use at least in N. Ireland I'm not sure how thing have changed since Brexit as before I believe you could use a prescription issued by a British doctor in the Republic and I suspect there must be some arrangement due to border communities.
