Stopping B12 and folate supplementation to assist diagnosis??

As a follow up from my first post healthunlocked.com/pasoc/po..., I wanted members thoughts about PA diagnosis protocol. I take B12 and methyl-folate supplementation orally. Hence my blood test discussed in my first post showed adequate or high blood serum levels of both B12 and folate. If my GP requested I stop taking supplements containing these Bvitamins for a period of time in order to test for these without the presence of supplementation, I genuinely fear I would not be able to function, work or support my family.

What are your thoughts on this and what could I suggest to the GP to assist to diagnose/rule out PA?

Hi, thanks, I didnt have a blood test before supplementation, and have supplemented for around 6 years now. Interestingly, I recently added a sublingual glutathione which seems to help with some of the symptoms...
