i would keep taking them as your results prior to taking them were aweful.

i would also question why your doctor wants you to keep taking D since your level is now above 100.

unless your diet prior to taking suppliments consisted of no meat or vegetables i would assume you have an absorption issue and would try to see a gastroenterologist.

if that is refused i would suggested you start putting lime juice in your water to increase your stomach acid so you might be able to absorb more nutrition from your food

Hi KimberinUS, thanks for your suggestions , I would like to stop 25000 iui & start using 400 daily dosage .. Also everyone are suggesting k2 & magnesium along with the vitamin d. I have unintentional weight loss of 7 kg in 5 months & always feel empty stomach after I eat but I have indigestion .. probably low acids.. I will take lime juice ..any more suggestions please ?

due to your indigestion and burning stomach symptoms, listed in another post, i would suggest checking for h pylori. it causes those symptoms and is a known cause for b12 deficiency.

if i were you, i would continue D, since it is winter, at about 1000iu per day, with 200 to 400 mg magnesium. magnesium is need to make atp, which is our energy supply. with lower dosage of D, you can take or leave k2 as you are not on a massive D dose and you get k2 naturally in your diet.
