injections causing bruises and nest time to inject

I’ve noticed that even though I administer my injections correctly, my right thigh is bruised at that point whereas my left thigh has no bruises.

Also is there a better time if day or evening to self inject? I tend to do do first thing in the morning.

Any comments/advice would be most welcome.

I'm happier having b12 injections in the morning. If bruises only one sided I expect its technique depending if right or left handed. .

Thanks Nackapan. Yes generally I inject first thing in morning and funny enough I’m right handed the bruising is occurring on my right thigh. So yes something about my technique.
