A day planned in my garden to do some much needed weeding and mowing (energy dependant) and soak up some vitamin D 🔆 least that’s free 😁

Sorry it’s off topic, but just wanted to share something positive. Hope everyone has a good day 🤗

Morning SallyRees,

It is beautiful isn’t it ?

Although, for some who are light sensitive or heat sensitive it maybe a little too much.

I feel it’s not off topic as I believe in holistic care. Health encompasses a lot of aspects - environmental being one.

Best wishes

If able to get out in the garden you enjoy whilst it lasts. 🌻🌹🌷🌺🥀

I agree with Narwhal, That is so incredibly important to your health! almost up there with B12, not quite but almost! Not off topic at all as it is proven through research that being outside in nature has a huge health benefit.

Bravo to you!

I agree, totally! People are so much more friendly when the sun shines too 😊 A more relaxing day today for me ⛱ Time to sit and enjoy the garden. Hope everyone else benefits and has a really nice day too x
