Thanks for this Wedgewood. I need more but when I googled panpharma it just gives me a product list and Hydroxocobalamin isn't on it. Should I be looking somewhere else?

You can’t buy directly from Panpharma who are the manufacturers . You need to buy them from an Online German Pharmacy . There are several who will send to U.K. . I’ll send you details of how to get them from the German online pharmacy that I use . The site is in German , but if you down load the app Google Chrome , you can get a translation .

You need to pay with PayPal or use Bank transfer for the one I use .

————————————————————————————————————————

Ordering Panpharma B12 depot from versandapo.de ( a very reputable and reliable German Online Pharmacy) , that is strictly controlled by the German Health Authorities .

These ampoules come in packs of 10 , and are 1mg x 1ml

Courier costs ( DHL) €9.00 no matter how many you order.

Usually takes 4 working days .

The site is in German , so you may need to use Google Chrome or a translation app.

It is always advisable to register when you order for the first time . First of all, once registered , you will save time when ordering subsequently. Also versandapo.de run a points scheme if you are registered . You are given 200 points when you register and you are awarded 1point for every Euro you spend . 250 points represent €2.50 which you can use when you pay. Once registered , you can find out how many points you have accumulated by going into your account .

To register or log in , click on the little silhouette of a head and shoulders ( top right on my iPad ) and fill out the form . ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO FILL IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU ADD THE REST OF YOUR ADDRESS . Click on the drop-down list of countries. The U.K. is written in German as “ VEREINIGTES KÖNIGREICH” ( United Kingdom)

Once you have done that , your U.K. postal code will be accepted by the computer . The computer needs to know your country before it will accept the rest of your address .

You will need to put in a password of course .

You can pay by PayPal or Bank transfer . Cards are not accepted by versandapo from U.K. customers.

Bank transfer is free if you do it with Online Banking , but costs £25.00 if you do it at your bank .

For future orders , you need to click on the silhouetted head and shoulders to log in . and give your email address and password.

You can use the pharmaceutical reference number( PZN) to order Panpharma B12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) 1mg x 1ml ampoules This is 16199653 . You get straight to the item . Panpharma do not sell the clinic packs of 100 ampoules . The ampoules usually have a use-by date of 2 years .

At the moment courier ( DHL) cost is €9.00 no matter how many packets you buy .

You can email them -kontakt@versandapo.de

Other B12 depot( hydroxocobalamin ampoules available are ———

Hevert b12 depot pack of 10 — 1mgx 2ml ref.no. 06078368

Same as above but clinic pack of 10 x 10 packets ref. no.06078380

Pascoe pack of 10 B12 depot 1.5 mg x 1ml Ref no. 07568672

Same as above. but clinic pack of 10 x 10 packets Ref no. 07568695

That’s it ! Very best wishes .

juvalis.de Is another German online pharmacy , also reliable .

German Amazon( obtainable in English) — amazon.de supply Hevert and Pascoe B12 Hydroxocobalamin ampoules . But you cannot use the pharmaceutical reference numbers to order them.

Thanks Wedgewood. I am in the US. I wonder if it’s a bad idea to ship overseas in ridiculously hot weather. Here in the Midwest we are experiencing nearly 100 degrees every day now expected to continue…shipping took a long time last time.

Any thoughts from anyone appreciated.

I would not take the risk personally. It takes up to 2 weeks maybe more and you don't know under what conditions it's transported. I don't even order locally in the summer.

Versandapo doesn't ship to the US, or at least they didn't use to. Mycare.de does/did, and perhaps others.

Are you looking specifically for hydroxy? If you could find an open minded GP, a functional med doc, or an ND, you could maybe get a prescription for Actavis hydroxob12, 30mg/30mL multi-use vial dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailym...

Jade, I will keep this info about the multi-use vials. I prefer the single use but tough times call for tough measures these days.

Thanks!

Thanks Jade. I, unfortunately, agree.

Hydroxocobalamin should be kept under 25 Celsius (77 Fahrenheit) So it’s really dodgy to send it long distances , not knowing how it is stored . It loses efficacy at high temperatures . Now Cynocobalamin is a much tougher substance , and not so sensitive . It works very well . It survives travel much better . But it needs injecting more often . That’s is it’s only drawback . That’s why Hydroxocobalamin is used more widely in U.K. - It saves nurses’ time .

There is a lot of hype concerning B12 injections . Cynocobalamin is excellent and easily obtained from Canadian online pharmacies .

Always look for single use ampoules. Much safer than multi dose vials , where contamination is possible in domestic situations because a vial is not used up quickly as it is in a doctors’ surgery .

All cobalamins should be kept in the dark .

Best wishes .

thanks, Wedgewood. I agree that it is not a good idea, so I will cross my fingers and wait until things cool off in late fall. I have enough until then (unless I waste a couple like I did last time!) I will cross my fingers and hope it is available when I need it!

Sold out again! 😳 They do seem to get in back in stock quite quickly though. I’ll await my email from them…😊

in reply to SallyRees

Most likely as a result of doctors in uk refusing to give B12 injections and patients taking there own health issues into ordering abroad.

I’d absolutely put money on that very reason, Sallyannl. I’m sure the NHS is very well aware of it too. But they’re not bothered, why would they be, it’s money and hassle saved to them. I’m a tad bitter, can you tell 🤣🤭

Yes everything is getting more expensive . I like the Panpharma B12 depot ampoules which are 1mg x 1ml .But Amazon.de does not sell them . They are a bit cheaper . From versandapo.de ( out of stock today )

Thanks for this, my order was refunded from Versandapo so I'll order from here.

Hi Wedgewood. I know I should have ordered before when you sent out this note, but sadly I didn't. I have ordered from Versandapo before but although I can see my email address and password there is no place to click log in. I tried saying request new password but it doesn't even like my email address, just says watch out for typos. I think B12 is sold out anyway. Actually, I have just found your note on another thread about Pascoe B12. I think I will have to re-register, I don't know what is wrong.

I have also ordered from Apohealth before but they are 2ml hydroxo which I used up but of course takes a bit longer to plunge in my leg. Is there anywhere else we can order from? I have searched through my emails for any info but can't find any.

I see further down this thread you mention cyanocobalamin from Canada which needs more frequent injection. If I currently inject twice a week with hydroxo.

I see Amazon.de have 100 cyano jabs for sale. Perhaps I should get those while I can., or the 2ml hydroxo from Aphealth.

Just found your earlier post to me . To log on , I always click on the little silhouetted head and shoulders , top right on my screen . . Then you can choose to log on or register . The 100 Pascoe would be a good buy for you as you inject twice weekly . . They are 1.5mg x 1ml ampoules

apotal.de have Panpharma B12 depot (Hydroxocobalamin)at the moment . €8.13 a packet . Courier is dearer than versandapo .

You should tick the box at versandapo , and put in your email address , so they will inform you by email when Panpharma is back in stock

I only mentioned Cynocobalamin from Canada in case we can’t get B12 from Germany . It’s very expensive.

mountainice in reply to wedgewood

Yes, I did click on the little head and shoulders silhouette but it didn't work, nothing came up about logging on. Then I tried forgot password, but as I said it said I must be putting in my email address wrongly, or words to that effect!

Thanks for all the info. You are so helpful to us. I went for a walk in between doing all this, now have to get up to speed again, I knew it wasn't a good idea to break off and restart ! I've got various tabs open on the computer, hope I can fathom it......

I've got the 100 Pascoe in the basket so I think I will go ahead with those

wedgewood in reply to mountainice

That’s very odd . I honestly don’t know what to suggest . When odd things happen, my first reaction is to close the device down and give it a rest . Then start it up again and cross your fingers .. …………….

mountainice in reply to wedgewood

ha ha, yes. Anyway, I re-registered, it seemed to like that. I do notice with other sites, if I don't use them a while, the password seems to drop off. Though I could see my password in little dots, but no log in button. I have ordered now thanks to you and your good info.
