I came across an article I thought was interesting and am sharing it here. It's from the Mayo Clinic Proceedings (US, same journal as the Many Faces of Cobalamin Deficiency article. They call the symptoms "forgetfulness" problems, but they seem closely related to the word-finding problems experienced by many people with B12 deficiency. The name of the article is "79-Year-Old Woman With Forgetfulness".

Daily mail today an article "could thousands of Britons have been wrongly diagnosed with Dementia"
In one paragraph " but depression and anxiety, vitamin deficiency, thyroid problems, drug side effects and infection can also be responsible"
"Mums her old self again .... but we've already sold her home and belongings."
Frightening !
