I am not medically trained but wondered if it is due to lack of oxygen getting to the brain. I was very light headed and off balance at the beginning of my treatment. Maybe you need your injections a little more frequently.

Hello.Glad you got your b12 injections back.

So many suffered being put on oral b12 .

Ignorance and a disgrace to stop vital treatment.

Not a time to experiment!!!!

I started self injecting during covid to free up nurse time and reduce contact.

How often do you get b12 injections?

Hope you are not still in catch up.

If you only get symptoms just before sn injection it sounds lije it needs to be brought forward.

The aim is to pre emt .

As you've been diagnosed in 2013 and a family history you probably know more than me.

Light headiness can have so many causes.

Low iron/ ferritin

Blood pressure dropping

Blood sugars dropping ect ect

Keep a diary then present to your doctor if you think a more frequent b12 regime needed or fbc done.

Hello, I’m experiencing this too and it getting stronger and happening earlier in the cycle between jabs.

I’m hoping to summon all my courage and speak to my gp next week. He is very unsympathetic and dismissive of my PA symptoms - and pretty much anything really - so I’m not that hopeful, but gotta try!

Hope you can get yours sorted

Interesting. I am experiencing this too only occasionally not every week when a shot is due. I had chalked it up to being related to migraines but after your post I am wondering if it’s not b12? I use a multi dose vial and feel like the potency of the dose might not be consistent—which might explain why I start to feel a little off occasionally between weekly jabs? I have a sensitive equilibrium and am prone to motion sickness and vertigo. Thanks for your post. Something to consider.
