Yes definitely happens to me. Standing up too quickly I notice it especially and also staggering around and bumping into things, often have the bruises to show. Usually accompanied by word forgetfulness and general doziness!

By very strange coincidence I have been feeling lightheaded for the last week and am due my B12 injection on Tuesday of next week. I don't recall experiencing this at any time since starting B12 jabs 18 months ago so it will be interesting to see if the injection makes any difference. Have also found insomnia creeping back this week !

I often feel light headed if I get up too quickly but that’s not something I’ve associated with needing or having had an injection.

I have low blood pressure so I’ve guessed that’s the reason.
