Still intolerance for jab

I take 15000 mcg a day slow release methylcobalamine pills and inject every other day hydroxocobalamin and the next day cyanocobalamin. But I found that I can't tolerate that frequency. The other interesting thing is the difference between hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin. Hydroxocobalamin sting at begining but its pain fade away so fast and it affects body for half day soon after injection but in cyanocobalamin injection it doesn't sting when getting injected but later in starts to sting fir five hours. In cyanocobalamin I get intolerance after half day and it's not like hydroxocobalamin but much longer intolerance it gives me. In hydroxocobalamin intolerance us half day but steeper than cyanocobalamin. Slow release methylcobalamine raised my injection tolerance and U feel U can handle every other day. But every day with alternate hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin is not possible to tolerate. When my tolerance can get boosted fir everyday injection.

Perhaps alter your frequency slightly or try one sort of b12 only for s trial?

It's very difficult to seoerate symptoms and healing fromeffecrs of treatment isn't it.

Maybe this is not intolerance - but the effects of healing. I am experiencing exactly the same sometimes to the point it is unbearable. I have also tried both the methylclobalmine and cyanobalmine.

I feel like many others we have suffered some long term damage with some days being slightly better than others. I am also only getting a few hours relief before the symptoms come back. ( especially at night )

I am just doing what gives me the most relief and injecting every other day. I am also taking a slow release methylcobalmine pills. I tried injecting every day but the injections exacerbate my symptoms.

I wish I could tell you when or if things will change but that is not possible - we are all different. I hope and pray things will change soon. 🙏

What I learned is the difference if action between two different type of B12. Cyanocobalamin effect is slower than hydroxocobalamin and intensifies hydroxocobalamin effect I think. I can tolerate every other day of just one type. When I inject cyanocobalamin it's effect show up slowly after half day and prolong for half more day. But in hydroxocobalamin it's effect is right away and it's effect is fir half day. I need to go back every other day and then try everyday with just one type.

I am having to inject every other day for the same reason. I find with both types of B12 the effect does not last very long.

Let me know how you get on with injecting every other day.

Stop taking the oral methyl B12 and see how you feel. That stuff does bad things to some people. It made me feel awful, headaches, body aches, insomnia, severe anxiety. I'll never take it again.
