Yes. medisave.co.uk If injecting I.M. ( Intra muscular ) use 25G x 1inch . If Subcutaneously. 30 G x 1/2 inch . Choose a long coarse needle say 21G x 1 1/2 inch to withdraw the b12 from the ampoule . You also need a yellow sharps box to dispose of the needles .

I have tried patches , and they were useless for me . B12 injections are the best way to get B12 where it needs to be —in our cells. !

I use medisave.co.uk as well. I go for the 2ml BD syringes with 23G x 1" already attached, as I find the 2ml shorter/fatter syringes easier to hold than most thin 1ml, and then I get an additional pack of 25G x 1" which suit my leg or arm for IM injection (only inject 1ml max into your arm at once)
